Custom-designed gift package
The College of Arts + Sciences likes to celebrate students admitted directly to the school, since they exemplify the best and brightest of Indiana University’s next class. The school tasked me to come up with a unique gift for those direct admits that would get them excited about IU but also reflect Gen Z’s values of sustainability and constant connectedness. As art director and lead designer on this job, I conceived the concept for a branded solar charger with three sheets of custom-illustrated removable tech tattoos that celebrated the campus and the College’s core values. I illustrated the left and middle tech tattoo sheets below and mentored another designer who hand lettered and designed the third sheet on the right.
